How to create an account?

The steps to creating an account are the following:

A seller applies to become part of our webshop
We (the now used team) checks the application and accepts or dismisses the application
The seller will be informed via email on the acceptance / dismissal
In case the seller is accepted they can log into their account, create their profile and upload the first product

How to upload single products (one by one)?

To upload a product,

log in to your seller account
Go to “PRODUCTS”
Click on to “PRODUCTS LISTINGS”
Click on “ADD PRODUCT”

How to upload multiple products at once (bulk upload)?

If you want to upload multiple products at once you can do that via upload a CSV file. In this file you can add multiple products (one product per line) with “one mouse click”. Here’s how:

Go to “https://brands.now-used.com/index.php?p=add_product_by_csv”
On this page you can download a sample file for your bulk upload
Fill in all the fields and then upload the product list here: “PRODUCTS”
Click on to “PRODUCTS LISTINGS”
Click on “More action” -> “Add product by Csv”
The structure of the file looks like this

Here’s an explanation what each column means: Instruction file (you need to be logged-in to download the file)
Fill out all columns
Then 1. upload the file by clicking on the “UPLOAD CSV” button (select the file that you have just edited and upload)

If you cannot see the products in the webshop immediately clear your cookies or log in in incognito mode

2. Click on the button “Validate”. The webshop software checks, if your file is correctly edited and will be uploaded without
3. Click on “Submit” and your file will be uploaded.

How to add product variants (e.g. different pricing for different sizes, colors, etc).

1. Log into your seller account

2. Go to “Products” -> “Product Listings”

3. On a product click on “Edit” (three dots at the very right)

4. Go to the box “variant details” -> “add variant”

5. Here you can add variants like size, color and style etc. In the field “option name” you can select different categories like “color”, “size”, “style”. For each of these categories you can then enter values. Enter e.g. “7” in “shoe size”, if you offer shoes in size 7. Then press enter. Or enter e.g. “red” in “color input”, if you offer red items. Then press enter.

6. Save the changes. Now you can edit each variant’s quantity or price. For editing the price based on size or color or style, click “Edit Details” and enter the price manually for each variant.

7. Now for adding quantity of each variant, click on “Edit” (three dots at the very right) and look for “Track Inventory”. Change it to “Track This Product’s Inventory” and you will see a textfield to enter Quantity.
