Buyers can only buy items in bulk.
What is the condition of the products?
Sellers are required to provide detailed descriptions and images of their products. Products sold on now used are in new, unsold condition. We are not selling second-hand items.

How do I upload products?
Once logged into your seller account, navigate to the “Upload Products” section in your dashboard. You can add product details manually or upload them in bulk using our CSV template. When uploading content please make sure that:
- Products are centered horizontally and vertically in the image. This way the product will fully visible in the preview
- Pictures are in good quality
- Pictures do not contain any logos
- Image backgrounds are white or in light color
- Product descriptions are in English
- Please always include product-only photos, i.e. no models.
We will do quality checks for any upload and we will get back to you within 48 hours. If needed, we may make adjustments to ensure the content meets our platform’s quality standards

Brands on now used have full control over setting their own prices. We encourage sellers to set competitive, wholesale prices, as higher prices may lead buyers to explore other options.
